Synopsis

Daryl’s journey through a broken but resilient France, hoping to find his way home. Its original purpose was a church until the French Revolution, when it was transformed into a mausoleum dedicated to the memory of French national heroes. Characters drive cars and trucks in a series with ease, although gasoline becomes compromised as they age, usually within a year. Also, as gasoline breaks down, it becomes rubbery and endangers engine components. So the motorized vehicles run for a decade until the zombie apocalypse happens. Again!

I’ll be brief

Continuity, History & Restart it! (2023). The synopsis of this show didn’t really appeal to me. Dead City was right up my alley until it fell apart in the last 3 episodes.

Like a step into the unknown

Anyway, I’m not sure if my rating is because I was hoping for the floor. Daryl has always wanted to be a part of something, but he’s also a loner. It’s a good story, some different twists, Vis a Vis dead, a couple of villains and new quests. It has the world-building feel of the original TWD seasons.

I’m cautiously optimistic about episode 2, but I have to say it’s a very interesting first episode
